CAMPAIGN: Seats with arms

You might have noticed that some of the seats along the main avenue now have added arms.  The Disability Forum asked for this, and it too took an extraordinarily long time to achieve.  But it is an important improvement that enables more people of different ages and different degrees of mobility to sit down, relax, and enjoy the passing scene.
